Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park - Sculpture in the Classroom

Sculpture in the Classroom, a free program for K-12 public school students; includes the following components:

  1. A docent-led tour of the Sculpture Park
  2. Post-tour lessons that are sculpture-based and downloadable from our website. These lessons are in line with Art Common Core Standards.

The program is free of charge to public schools, including all materials. Private institutions may participate for a small donation.

Interested teachers may fill out the web form below, and may email further questions to .  Park tours book 6-8 weeks in advance.

Please remember to download a Photo Release Form (available ABOVE on this page) to be distributed to all students participating. Please make sure these are signed and returned to the school prior to the start of the program. The Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park uses the photos to promote this program and the park in general. Your school will retain all signed and returned forms. Only verbal or electronic notice of approval will be passed to the Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park. Neither your name, nor your student’s name, address nor other information will be conveyed to the Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park.
