SELF-GUIDED TOURS

The Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park is a two mile expanse of walkways landscaped with grass, trees and shrubs, which runs along the east side of McCormick Blvd between Dempster Street on the north and Touhy Avenue on the south. There are currently over 70 sculptures on display. The Park is divided into 4 one-half mile long sections.

The SNSP Family Guide is filled with clues, questions, information, and suggestions for at-home activities. The guide is an interactive introduction to select sculptures in the Park’s north area (Section 1). The guide is designed for children ages 4-8 to use with an adult and for children ages 8 and above to complete independently. Bring the Family Guide to the Sculpture Park and have fun discovering Sculpture on the Move!

The SNSP Self-Guided Tour lists the sculptures in order of their location in the Park from north to south (Dempster Street to Touhy Avenue)۬. Each sculpture has an identifying picture and a paragraph of interesting information about the piece.
